"Changeling
Haste
When Pack Rat, the Amalgamated enters the battlefield, it gains all activated abilities of all permanents on the battlefield until the end of the turn
As long as you control 2 or more permanents than all opponents, Pack Rat, The Amalgamated gains all activated abilities of all creatures on the battlefield"
Other nitpicky stuff: Gold background goes on multi-colored creatures, not colorless. Its first ability is somewhat useless because activated abilities are either A) Tap abilities or B) Mana abilities. This card is also more "Red/Blue/Green/3colorless" than "colorless" as colorless creatures empathize 'blandness'. I can see your going for a chaotic feel, and red/blue/green is the perfect natural chaos machine color set
